If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at sisclayjewelry@gmail.com before sending your item back.
Because we ship from both Canada and the United States, we will provide you with the correct return address based on your location.
Items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
